This is a challenge on the side of the internal Symantec firewall, for this specific tenant provisioning, hence the connection issue that was reported. Raising an internal DevOps ticket will be required to have the dedicated team investigate the firewall config and connectivity for the particular cloud tenant provisioning and resolve the same.
