Job with File Dependency failed: Task Launch Refused

Issue/Introduction

The jobs with file resource dependency goes to Task Launch Refused even if the File itself is present.

The EEP service is stopped.

Resolution

Start the  EEP process(uxeepsrv) from the UVC-> Monitoring-> Monitoring-> Server Engines
