Deploying new java 2.10 ( causes java based probes to fail)

Issue/Introduction

After deploying java_jre 2.10, one or more of the Java-based probes on my robot has turned red.

May 26 14:59:42:895 [10268] 0 Controller: inst_execute_status: sending reply rc=7(temporarily out of resources) 

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - SDK_JAVA

Resolution

Restarting the robot will allow the probes to start correctly.

This will be fixed in the next java_jre release after 2.10.
