Error while installing TDM 4.9.416:missing/inaccessible package

Issue/Introduction

We faced an error while installing TDM 4.9.416. We are upgrading from 4.9.53 to 4.9.416.

Datamaker logs:

Cause

Datamaker logs shows the below:

MSI (s) (98:CC) [14:30:20:502]: SOURCEMGMT: Attempting to use LastUsedSource from source list.
MSI (s) (98:CC) [14:30:20:502]: SOURCEMGMT: Trying source C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Grid-Tools\GTDatamaker\install\.
MSI (s) (98:CC) [14:30:20:502]: Note: 1: 2203 2: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Grid-Tools\GTDatamaker\install\GTDMPro.msi 3: -2147287038

Some files were missing or were deleted, so the un-install was not completed. 

Resolution

Manually uninstall the existing version and install the latest version.
