When Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) clients are configured to upload quarantine files to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), the upload will fail if the files quarantined are inside an archive file (i.e. zip files)
This issue is fixed in SEP 14.3 RU6, in this version the SEPM will request the archive file itself to be uploaded from the client's quarantine. This functionality requires both the client and the SEPM to be on version 14.3 RU6 or higher.
