Maintenance was recently applied to CEM (Compliance Event Manager). CEM connected and was accessed successfully; but, when the sysplex CEMTOM started task came up, the following error messages were received.
What caused these errors and and can they be fixed?

The errors are received when CEM can not register with Zowe services because Zowe is not configured/running.
Zowe does not need to be configured (unless you would like to use the policy status page in the UI for displaying information about the active listeners and have the ability to refresh the listeners from the UI). It is not required and will work perfectly .
Unfortunately, tthere is no way to remove those messages at this time.
