Error while creating SAP endpoint - eTSAPSNCMode: attribute type undefined

Issue/Introduction

We are getting the following error while trying to create a new SAP Endpoint:

Failed to execute CreateSAPR/3Endpoint. ERROR MESSAGE: [LDAP: error code 17 - eTSAPSNCMode: attribute type undefined],

 

Environment

Release : 14.3 CP3, 14 CP1

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager), Identity Suite

Cause

eTSAPSNCMode was implemented in 14.4 CP1

Resolution

After upgrading to 14.3 CP3 or 14.4 CP1 error was caused by the mismatch between elements of the customer environment.

All nodes of vApp need to be patched using Cumulative Patch.

Remote Connector JCS and CCS need to be patched using a standalone cumulative Patch
