CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager

Issue/Introduction

The "Help, About" option of CA Service Desk Manager's UI, the new installation version is not displayed, but when in env.info it is seen

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Classic UI

Resolution

Even if the "Help,  About" does not show the current version, there are a few other ways to verify the version of Service Desk Manager currently installed. Please review the following. 
CA SDM:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\<hostname>.his file
NX_ROOT\pdmconf\version
NX_ROOT\env.info
HELP, ABOUT
