nutanix_monitor - robot information is being passed from UIM to OI connector and DX OI SAAS instead of nutanix hostname

Issue/Introduction
We received an alarm from the nutanix_monitor probe.
The alarm indicated that the nutanix cluster was not responding due to a connection failure.
The "source" of this alarm is giving the robot name instead of the nutanix cluster/hostname.

Resolution
The probe (and other probes using the same framework - mostly the storage and virtualization probes like vmware, ibmvm, celerra, etc) are designed to send two alarms when this happens.
One alarm has the monitoring robot as the 'source' to indicate that there is a potential problem at the robot/monitoring level.
The other has the nutanix device as the 'source' to indicate that there is a potential problem at the nutanix level.
If you do not wish to receive one of these alarms, you can use a pre-processor in NAS to exclude them.
