Issue/Introduction

Our CAISCRT reports are not showing all BROADCOM products 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 15.0

Component : Resource Initialization Manager(Comm)

Cause

Required maintenance was not deployed to all LPARS
LMPAM=NO was being used all LPARS which prevented the SMS 89 records from being written

Resolution

Remove the LMPAM=NO setting (default is LMPAM=YES if not coded)
Use the following CAIRIM control statement:
PRODUCT(CAIRIM) VERSION(CAS9) INIT(CAS9INIT) PARM(REFRESH(LMP))

Ensure the required maintenance for the SCRT reports is applied to ALL lpars.
