Is there anyway to restrict users from stopping Detector collection?

Answer, there is no User Option to turn off stopping a Detector Collection, however you can limit access to PDT plans that control the product. See

These plans:

PDTPLN05=PDTED200  PDT Collection Services<-------
PDTPLN07=PDTGD200  PDT Collection Profile Update<-----
 

You can control users from stopping the collection by refusing them access to PDTPLN05=PDTED200 and PDTPLN07.
