Issue/Introduction

In Admin console, I have removed an IP address from the Trusted IP list, but it does not take a second authentication to log in from the removed IP address.
I have Refresh Cache in the Admin console.
What else do I need to do to clear my Trusted IP settings?

Environment

Release : 9.1

Component : RiskMinder(Arcot RiskFort)

Resolution

The steps will be as below when you make any changes in rules or add data or remove data from the rules.

1. Make the necessary changes like modifying the rule or adding/removing IP addresses from the list.

2. Migrate to production.

3. Refresh the server cache.

4. Look the cache status to make sure all server cache is refreshed.

If steps 2 or 3 are missed then you will see similar issue.
