The issues I seem to be having now with it is the Search bar at the top that is used for finding contacts and such does not find anything when searching. It always comes back with “No Results Found” no matter what I try to search for. Also, if I click the New Contact selection in the No Results Found window, it opens a new tab and xFlow session. Is that an issue with the CA Search Server service or other configuration setting?

Refreshing the indexes resolved the problem.
