Issue/Introduction

The issues I seem to be having now with it is the Search bar at the top that is used for finding contacts and such does not find anything when searching.  It always comes back with “No Results Found” no matter what I try to search for.  Also, if I click the New Contact selection in the No Results Found window, it opens a new tab and xFlow session.  Is that an issue with the CA Search Server service or other configuration setting?

Resolution

The first thing is to check to see if your Search Server service is up and running:

"No results found" is returned by the analyst xFlow interface when searching for a named user contact but the contact record for the user exists

After this, if it is still a problem you might try refreshing your indexes according to the instructions here:

Refreshing the indexes resolved the problem.
