Rally Work Item Connector Unable to Find Project

Issue/Introduction

When configuring a work item connector (WIC) such as the Jira WIC or the ALM QC WIC, the following error is seen:

Invalid Configuration - Rally project {project name} does not exist or is inaccessible

 

Cause

This can be caused by the following issues:

• Incorrect project specified
• Incorrect casing being used

Resolution

• Verify that the project exists in the target workspace
• Verify that the project's casing matches uppercase and lowercase letters with what is configured in the config file
