Even though we're able to ping and poll the device successfully, the condition of the device appears to be critical. There's no events or alarms for this device. Could you please check and advice ?

Rare instance that Condition value is not updated correctly in Spectrum
Setting the device into maintenance mode and waiting 1 poll cycle and then removing the device from maintenance will force the condition attribute to be recalculated which should resolve the problem. If not please provide an export of events for the device to include the event type for the maximum 45 days and open an issue with Support for further investigations.
