@NX_EDIT_INACTIVE=No option is still allowing to edit the tickets

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

Installed the option @NX_EDIT_INACTIVE with the value "No" but it is allowing users to click on edit and change status.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Classic UI

Resolution

The reported behavior is by design. This option will still allow us to change the status if the ticket needs to be reopened. Initially, it allows you to edit, if we try to modify any other field other than Status then it shows the error message as below:
