MIP Label sync via MIP SDK does not include updated permissions when label was applied

Issue/Introduction

The MIP and DLP 15.8 MP1 has been integrated, and the labels created in Azure are syncing fine with the Enforce server. However, when they create a label with the permission option "Let users assign permissions when they apply the label" it does not sync with the Enforce even after 4 hours. Labels created with the permission option "Assign permission now" work well.

Cause

 By default, the MIP SDK assumes file labels and filters out other labels.  Since the particular label in question is specific to email messages, this label is not getting returned.  

Resolution

The root cause of the issue has been identified and a fix is included in DLP 16.0 and higher.
