Get File requests initiated in the Integrated Cyber Defense Management (ICDM) Console seem to never complete

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to perform a Get File command request from the list of files found in the ICDM's Discovered Items tab, the please wait spinning circle never completes.

When opening the browser development tools and checking the Network Fetch/XHR tab and reviewing the console, there is a 500 response from the server for the hash request.

Resolution

A fix for this issue was applied to the ICDM console on May 5th, 2022.
