Issue/Introduction

Installing DB2 V12 RSU maintenance and there is an APAR PH16434 that is related to RACF and module DSNX@XAC.

Is there anything that needs to be done when using Top Secret for DB2 (TSSDB2)?

Resolution

The IBM fix is related to native DB2 fixing a problem passing information to the security exit. TSS for DB2, (and ENF), gather its own needed information to work properly. Top Secret already does a check for Bindagent. Nothing is needed for Top Secret for DB2 (or ENF).
