Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : RA BUSINESSOBJECTS

Business Object Version is 4.2_SP09_P6

Resolution

The solution was to upgrade to  axis2-1.7.9-bin.zip files.

The product documentation states that Business Objects 4.2 should have  axis2-1.6.2-bin.zip. But at some SP levels it may require axis2-1.7.9-bin.zip files.
