Our team recruited a new member, and I added his ID to TDM. I could see the new added ID by Datamaker -> Security -> Users and Groups, or by TDM Portal Configuration -> Access Control -> Users. But he still could not login TDM toolset with invalid username/password error.
In the backend table gtrep_security_user, we could not find the new added ID, and in the Licensees tab, we could not find the new added ID either. Could you please let us know if any steps we missed or incorrect when adding a new user, and how to fix please?

If there are any issues with database connection while creating the user, we will notice such issues.
As there is no entry in gtrep_security_user table, please delete the user by login to portal as administrator account and add a new user from TDM portal.
