Issue/Introduction

We changed Web site hosts to reflect a company name change.

The emails sent out as notifications are showing the old hostname in the URL link

http://OldName.domain.net:8181/pc/desktop/page?pg=i&InterfaceID=4499196&timeRange=-1&startTime=2022-04-21+02%3A25+America%2FNew_York&endTime=2022-04-21+03%3A25+America%2FNew_York

 

 

Please note this is the link we now use to get into the PC while we are on the internal network:: https://NewName.domain.com:8382/sso/sign-in.jsp?SsoProductCode=pc

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : PM Web UI Admininistration/Configuration

Cause

The item cache wasn't updated and still has the old hostname listed

Resolution

Restart the Event Manager

Now notifications come with the correct hostname in the URL link
