Installing 14.4 cannot get past specifying Java JDK

I have installed 14.4 several times and never ran into a problem specifying the Java JVM.

Every time the path to the JVM is entered it tells me "The provided path does not point to a valid Java Virtual Machine.  Please choose again."

I have tried at least several different paths including the path that worked on the other installations. 

Please, provide some guidance on how I can move past this issue.

The customer had two different versions of JAVA installed on the machine.

We cleaned up the Java environment on that machine and now we are able to get past the issue we discussed. It is still installing but all looks good for now.
