Hi, I am planning to change the service desk connection to point back to our production service desk system. I want to confirm what needs to be restarted to make the change effective. The notes say stop all services and connectors. Want to confirm correct process.

We change the info in the HelpDesk configuration page.
He will need to either restart the CA SOI Application Server service for the change to take affect or wait til they patch the system which will restart all the SOI services.
