New UX Timesheet Requires Submit Button to be Clicked Twice

Issue/Introduction

When submitting timesheets on the new UX, we have to click Submit twice just to get the timesheet submitted where it should be just one click. The first click does nothing, and the page doesn't react. This behavior is exhibited by many users and browsers/machines.

Resolution

After the "Chrome Update" (Ver 100) the "Submit" option should work fine.
