The support contracts for the software and hardware are found in the support portal in each customer's Entitlements.
Once the support contract for a system expires, Broadcom is no longer obligated to provide support for the server. The Web and File Reputation providers are no longer available to the application. There will no longer be hardware replacement parts sent to replace failed parts. Requests will not be answered for systems where the support contract has expired.
The Security Analytics application and hardware will continue to otherwise work as they do currently. The license to use the application and any further updates are available to all of the systems. Any new full releases will not be available to these systems.
