sqlserver probe is creating a device with the short name instead of the FQDN.

Issue/Introduction

How can we get the sqlserver probe to create a device and alarms using the FQDN instead of the short name. 

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - SPECTRUMGTW

Cause

The device name is determined by the probe connection setup, 'Server Name'. 

Resolution

Update the probe Connection setup to use the FQDN.
