Enable the CA 7 interface to CA 11 without a recycle

Issue/Introduction

CA 11 was not active when CA 7 started.  When CA 11 does start, do I have to bounce CA 7 to get the interface working again?

Resolution

No, the SUBMIT command with no keywords, redrives the CA 7/CA 11 interface.

The CA 7 topline SUBMIT command with no keywords will cause CA 7 to initialize the interface to CA 11. If CA 11 is not active you will get the following WTOR which will require a reply before CA 7 will continue processing:

CA-7.730 - CA-11 INACTIVE, DO YOU WANT JOBS SUBMITTED? (YES/NO/NO11)
