ASM On Premise Monitoring Station installation failing

Issue/Introduction

We are running into errors installing the On Premise Monitoring Station (OPMS) for Application Synthetic Monitoring (ASM). We are doing an upgrade and it has failed. We need help getting this done so we can monitor and collect metrics from internal sites. 

yum log is showing following message.

Puppet 3.6.2 already installed, skipping

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR ENVIRONMENTAL

Cause

Wrong release of the Puppet was getting installed.

Resolution

We found that OPMS installer is using the puppet from another repo.

We disable that repo and we enabled the following two repos.

rhel-7-server-optional-rpms and rhel-7-server-extras-rpms repositories.

We ran the install again and this time it seems like OPMS installed good.

Did test via ASM UI which also passed.
