Netapp device not showing in OC

Issue/Introduction
We added a netapp_ontap device under monitoring but when we created a group OC and searching that device then we are not able to locate that device.
Environment
Release : 20.4
Component : UIM - NETAPP_ONTAP
Cause
probe_discovery messages not reaching primary hub
Resolution
The netapp_ontap is using the probe_discovery subject for submitting device data.
You will need to enable this on the secondary hub to forward probe_discovery messages to primary so that discovery_server picks them up and populates devices.
