APM SaaS - unable to load Management Module

Issue/Introduction

There is a Management Module exported from my on-premise 10.7 Introscope and need to import it into both of my SaaS instances.

Getting an error:

Validation failed: FAIL : Improper file type being uploaded : application/jar

Please advise.

Release : 21.3

Component : Introscope

Resolution

This was on an environment issue. Customer has a number of workarounds

- Import using a Mac

- Not being connected to the customer's VPN.

 

Additional Information

There is an error on Server side:

 [ERROR] [qtp533392019-65] [Manager.AppMap] FAIL : Improper file type being uploaded : application/jar

Most likely, the mapping mime type for file extension .jar on this machine was changed.

Please try change to the default one "application/java-archive"
