ACC is not reflecting the user that edited the agent package

Issue/Introduction

I expected that when a package is edited the person who edited the package name would be reflected not the original package creator. If it is creator then name should be changed from user to creator to reflect that.  These changes are not reflected so confusing to users.

• DX O2 SaaS
• DX O2 OnPremise
