SAP Role Valid to and Valid From date are invalid

Issue/Introduction

When a user is requesting a SAP role, from the CA Identity Portal (IP), they enter a correctly formatted "Valid to" and "Valid from" dates, however, when it is moved to an approver for approval, it appears with a "weird" invalid date format.
