Issue/Introduction

When running the service manager dialog (UCYBSMDi.exe), often for the first time after installation, a popup comes up complaining about a missing .dll file:

The code execution cannot proceed because mfc100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

The error may indicate other .dll files are missing, such as: MSVCP100.dll, MSVCR100.dll

Environment

Release : 12.3, 21.0

Component: service manager dialog

Resolution

This point to a missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Package.  Please check the following for which package is necessary:

12.3 documentation
12.3 compatibility matrix
21.0 documentation
21.0 compatibility matrix

The Service Manager Dialog does require a C++ Redistributable package.
