Resolution
This is database connection settings issue is not from our probe side.
You will need to check with your DBA and make an entry in pg_hba.conf file to get this connected from UIM robot.

Before connecting through the probe they can verify by installing any pgsql client in UIM robot machine and then verify the connection.
