Forecasting a schedule ends with "ENDED_TIMEOUT"

Issue/Introduction

When using forecast on a schedule object, the jobs within it all ends with ENDED_TIMEOUT despite choosing the period turnaround time as the time at which the forecast is created.

Release : 12.3.8

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Please make sure that the timezone on the schedule (jsch) object exists in the client running the forecast.
