Post moving RA FTP jobs to our new environment, the AgentGroup field is greyed out. When trying to open the job it gives an error message: "Connection does not exist" followed by another message "The Agent is either not running or the Agent has not been selected on the "Attributes" tab.
This error usually occurs when you try to open old RA FTP agent Jobs, created using Old RA FTP version, with new RA FTP version.

Jobs created using old RA_FTP agent will not open using new RA_FTP agent. Please recreate the job on the new RA_FTP agent to resolve the issue.
