No Reports available in 12.1 Web Viewer after 14.0 Deliver maintenance applied

Issue/Introduction

We applied maintenance PTF's for CA Deliver. After which, we couldn't access the system via CADRAS OM Web Viewer and we couldn't view the reports. Is there any action we should take for CADRAS?

Component : OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Versions of products: Operating system  - z/OS V2.4. CADeliver  - 14.0.3, CAView  - 14.0.3, CADras  -  14.0.2

Resolution

Needed to refresh the Web Viewer Repository definition for the DRAS Server. In the case where that doesn't resolve the matter...

Reconcile Libraries referenced in the DRAS Proc against the actual View/Deliver loadlibs – check steplibs, linklists, etc. We'll need more information… Start with Deliver – it must be APF authorized. Maybe lost attributes to load library.

In this case (because other, unreported changes were apparently made) the customer resolved the problem by creating a complete, new repository definition,
