The following FMID's are used in SMP/E processing for MOI:
CFGE200 - base product PTF's that must be applied for either installation architecture target
CFGE201 - s390x/zLinux PTF's
CFGE202 - x86/Linux PTF's
All PTF's listed in the Resolution section of this Knowledge Document for both architectures can be applied to either target environment
without an issue or only the base product PTF's and the specific target environment--i.e. x86 or s390x can be applied.
Important: MOI 2.0.06 ONLY; DOES NOT APPLY to MOI 2.1 and higher releases.
Please note the following:
· The only PTF's that you have to apply for your MOI x86 installation are the ones with a FMID of CFGE200 AND CFGE202.
· If you are targeting s390x/zLinux, you need to apply FMID CFGE200 and CFGE201.
· If you are unsure, you can apply all PTF's for CFGE200, CFGE201, and CFGE202 and that should not be a problem.
Here is the entire MOI PTF list that you should apply for your environment, if you have not previously done so for earlier MOI Hot Fixes:
