Security question/answer Error description is missing

Issue/Introduction

After a user inputs the correct UID it goes to the security questions and password page, then click Submit button without any input on any field, all the errors should be shown at the top. However, we found that the first error message - Please complete the required field (Answer 1) is missing, see the screenshot below:  

If the first answer is filled for the first question, then total error messages down to 10, but the first error is still not showing:

All the questions have been answered, leaving the password blank:

 

Environment

Release : 14.3

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

The issue is resolved in 14.3CP3 and 14.4CP1+CHF1.

Ensure that you have upgraded to the latest version of Identity Manager.
