Can you please confirm if we can remove these files?

Are these files safe to delete?

The file
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 435M May 11  2017 /opt/CA/SharedComponents/eem/install/EEMServer_12.60.0.5_linux.bin
That is the installer.
If the product is already installed then you can remove this file if you wish.

The file
-rw-r----- 1 dsa etrdir 245M Jul 14  2020 /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CADirectory/dxserver/data/itechpoz/itechpoz.db
That is the EEM database, where the policies are stored.
You should not remove this file if EEM is on this host.
