Issue/Introduction

Incremental Load Data Warehouse fails with the following error message:

ENCOUNTED EXCEPTION WHILE CREATING INDEX could not create unique index "dwh_inv_team_sum_facts_u1"

OR

The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'ppm_dwh.DWH_INV_TEAM_SUMMARY_FACTS' 
and the index name 'DWH_INV_TEAM_SUM_FACTS_U1'. The duplicate key value is (XXXXXX).

Environment

Version: 16.0.1

Resolution

• Run a full load of the job before running an incremental load
• Apply Patch 1 of 16.0.1 if not done already
• This could also happen if the same team record was updated while the incremental load was populating the table DWH_INV_TEAM_SUMMARY_FACTS or if you have any integrations which do the same.
