How to upload ProxySG diagnostics files to Support via Management Center SG Admin Console (SGAC) ?
1. Login to Management Center and click on "Network" (Manage Devices)
2. Select the ProxySG in question and click on "Operations" - "Launch Console" - "Configure" (on pop-up)
3. Click on "Administration" (on the left side) - "Service Information" (on the right side)
4. Click on "Send Information" within Service Information section.
5. Under Send Selected Info Now, expand "Show Select and Send"
6. Enter your service request/case number beside "Auto-Send Request Number:
7. Check the files you want to upload e.g "SYSInfo" and click on "Send"
