Unable to remove Copy Previous Timesheet option from Add Tasks in MUX Timesheet

Issue/Introduction

Copy Previous Timesheet options are not possible to be removed from Modern UX - Timesheet - Add Tasks menu, even when the option is unchecked in Timesheet Options

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Connect to Clarity, Administration, Data Administration: Timesheet Options 
2. Ensure 'Copy time entries from previous timesheet' option is UNCHECKED  
3. Now go to MUX Timesheets, open a timesheet, click 'Add Tasks' button 

Expected Results: The options Copy Previous Timesheet and Copy Previous Timesheet (with time) not to be available to users. 

Actual Results: The options Copy Previous Timesheet and Copy Previous Timesheet (with time) are still available and there is no way for them to be removed. 

Environment

Release : 16.0.0, 16.0.1, 16.0.2

Cause

When Timesheets functionality was implemented in Modern UX, it was not implemented to honor these administrative options. 

Resolution

This is DE64890, fixed in 16.0.3 

Behavior change in 16.0.3:

• Administration - Timesheet Options setting for "Copy Previous Timesheet", "Populate Assigned Tasks" is now being honored in Modern UX Timesheet.
• By default only "Populate from Assigned Tasks" option will be available for a User using Modern UX Timesheet. (Copy Previous Timesheet Option will not be available as default its unchecked from Timesheet Options). 
  If (include actuals from previous timesheet(except for incidients) is selected, then the option (Copy Previous Timesheets(with time) is added.
