OneClick Performance Issues after 21.2.8 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

We were experiencing performance issues with OneClick which started after the upgrade to 21.2.8. Login and navigation in OneClick WebApp was very slow.

Cause

There were already oneClick client issues before the upgrade on 21.2.2 with regular client hprof dumps and crash errors in the webswing log.  The backend alarms table on oneClick showed over 10,000 active alarms.  We document that the default 1gb client allocation should be good for up to 1,500 alarms. At this point it was recommended to increase the webapp client memory to the 4 GB maximum. 

Resolution

 Increasing the webapp client memory allocation to 4GB resolved the problem.
