Error: Exception while verifying proxy configuration. HTTPSConnection Timeout
SpanVA diagnostics reports a timeout as it attempt to check the connectivity to CloudSOC through a proxy. The issue appears to be cosmetic as long as the connection to CloudSOC is valid.
This issue appears to be cosmetic as logs as the e SpanVA is Alive and not Disconnected.
Broadcom is interested in a debugging session with a SpanVA that can reproduce the issue. Please open a support case and reference this KB.
