Are HOLD Actions for PTF RO97811 and RO98748 required for CSM?

Issue/Introduction

Do we need to perform the HOLD Actions documented in PTF RO97811 and RO98748 for CSM? 

The issue is we don't know much about CA-DATACOM and have no idea what to do to execute this required action for DDUPDATE and DDCFBLD.

No because the PTF's are RO97811 and RO98748 are related to DATACOM DATADICTIONARY, and Datacom/AD sites do not need to proceed with the HOLD actions as documented in the PTFs  Likewise, for CSM because it uses Datacom-AD, these HOLD actions are not needed.
Only full Datacom/DB customers need to follow the HOLD action as documented in the PTF's.
