Active Resource Count not matching with the number of EC2s being reported.

Resolution

Metric aging framework was enhanced in the recently released IA. 

As mentioned earlier, this has to do with improper removal of aged metrics, and therefore the count do not seem correct and the metrics in the node inaccurate. 

 

The recent release of IA (APM SaaS 22.3 released on 21st), contains the fixes for these issues.

As part of this we have moved the metric aging (stale metric) common code to core agent.
