I am trying to run reports form the main screen and either get no data or unauthorized access to the report error. I would like to configure my account to access this are understand the administrators login.

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Reports
We login as superuser and found his user account.
We edit his user account and added Administrator and SOI report roles.
We also change the password.
Customer is now able to login with his account and run SOI reports.
