Issue/Introduction

Attempting to move the application and database to new servers. Admin tool is updated with the new server and database information. Application is shutdown on the current servers, then brought up on the new ones. It appears to start fine. No errors can be found in the log files or tomcat log files. However, unable to reach the server URL or admin tool through a browser. No firewall rules to old servers but not sure about where the new ones are located. Is there anything outside of the network to check to insure application is not causing issues?

Make sure that the firewall is not blocking access to port 8080 on the server
